Sync incomings to Shopify


The app has built-in support for syncing incomings to Shopify’s Incoming column, but this feature is not enabled by default for all stores. In this guide, we’ll explain how it works and the prerequisites your store must meet to use it.

  1. The app syncs incomings by location. This means that if the PO shipping address (for example, the customer’s shipping address) is not set up as a Shopify location, incomings will not be synced. You can verify whether your shipping address is a Shopify location by checking for the special icon.

  2. The app only syncs incomings to Shopify from purchase orders with the statuses Active, Partially received, and Received. For all other statuses, incomings will not be synced.

Requirements:

Do not use any other apps that might modify Shopify’s Incoming column, as this may result in incorrect syncing. Using Shopify’s native transfers or purchase orders is fine.
