Troubleshooting

The following errors might occur when you’re working with combine.

Error while combining selected orders and suppliers

This error message means that you already have a combine of selected (one of) Shopify orders and supplier. The app helps you to identify duplicates, which is why it shows you the error message.

Example:
Let us say you created a combine for the supplier Apple, which has 3 Shopify orders:

  • Order 1
  • Order 2
  • Order 3

After that, you are trying to create a new combine for the same supplier, Apple, and the following Shopify orders:

  • Order 3
  • Order 4
  • Order 5

You will get the error message since Order 3 has already been combined for this supplier.

To fix this error, you have two options:

  1. Delete the old combine for Apple, which contains Order 3.
  2. Remove the duplicate Shopify orders in your new combine. In our example, ensure that Order 3 is not included in the list of orders.

No suppliers were found for the selected interval

This error means that no suppliers were found for which you could create purchase orders. To fix this error, make sure that you have created a supplier within the app and added products for them. Follow this guide if you want to link products to a supplier.
